Responsibilities:
- Perform long-term care insurance assessments as needed. Assessments are non-medical and can take 60-120 minutes depending on the type of assessment required.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state in which assessment is to take place (or corresponding Nurse Licensure Compact license)
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations is preferred
- Familiarity with working with geriatric population is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and submit work in a timely fashion
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
